As a subscriber to RCIP, we give free access to our technical support department from 8am - 9pm Monday through Fridays and 10am - 2pm on Saturdays. As part of our dedication to our customers, we don't use automated answering systems to probe your situation. We believe that real people can help faster and achieve the customer's goal better.
